The Pet Club is NOT PET INSURANCE. The Pet Club is a preventative healthcare plan which is designed to keep your pet happy and healthy.
Preventative healthcare includes vaccinations, regular health checks, parasite protection and other services intended to prevent illness or to detect potential health conditions.
Pet Insurance, on the other hand, provides financial cover for unforeseen accident or illness. Etwall Vets ADVISE you to consider pet insurance for your pet.
All dogs, cats and rabbits are eligible to join.
Your pet must be registered with us before they can join the Pet Club. You can register on line or over the phone at either of our two surgeries.
We offer a free parasite check up with the vet after which we will be able to dispense flea/wormers and/or sign you up for the Pet Club.
No, the benefits of the Pet Club only apply to the named member of the plan. For multiple pets, each pet must be signed up individually.
Your membership price is fixed for 12 months. It will renew automatically after the 12 months. If you wish to cancel the membership, you will need to give us not less than 2 weeks’ notice.
If you cancel your membership significantly before your anniversary date, we will review your account and, where applicable, charge you retrospectively the full price of any products and services received during the course of your membership, minus any membership fees received to date.
Please allow 72 hours after signing up fully to the Pet Club, before you call to order flea/wormer products or book in for a vaccinations or any other benefit.
The name that will show on your bank statements once/month (when the direct debit comes out) will be EASY DIRECT DEBITS. They are our payment service provider.
